For more than 13 years Ruslan has been conducting analytical criminal legal research in the field of entrepreneurship. He combines practical work with scientific and pedagogical activities. Ruslan is currently an assistant professor of criminal law at the Higher School of Economics, a visiting lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law at Moscow State University.
He acts as an expert at the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights. In 2018 and 2019, he was awarded with the Diploma of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights for promoting the work of the Institute of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs.
Ruslan is included in the list of the best Russian lawyers in the field of criminal law with the oldest international rating Best Lawyers.
His specialization lies within defending interests of companies affected by crimes committed by their employees or counterparties.
Qualification
- In 2006 graduated with honors from the Institute of Public Prosecutions of the Saratov State Academy of Law (SGAP) with a degree in law, additional qualification: English translator of professional communication.
- In 2009 defended a Ph.D dissertation themed: “The mechanism of criminal law regulation in the field of criminal encroachments on intellectual property” (under the guidance of Professor N. A. Lopashenko).
